I knew I needed to make a change in my diet if I wanted to see the best results from training. But.. I'm also a picky eater. And I hate "wasting time" cooking. I've been amazed with how delicious and filling Factor meals are. Meals range from 400-700 calories typically and I usually pick the chicken based meals. Best of all - each meal takes 2 minutes to heat up in the microwave and tastes fresh and amazing! My only regret is waiting so long to give Factor a try!
